Beertender:

We’re looking for a Beertender! To be successful in this position you will be positive, energized, and someone who is excited to serve and engage with customers. This person will execute specialized tasks to ensure the tasting room and its customers receive a high-quality atmosphere, events, and service.

What you will be doing:

• Ensure bar operations run efficiently

• Conducting stocking duties

• Daily facilities cleaning

• Serve as a team member for events

• Handle cash drawer

• Deliver positive experiences for customers

• Exemplify patience when dealing with difficult customers

• Meet deadlines designated by management

• Contributions by successes, and areas needing attention

• Bring ideas to the table for continued tasting room success

• Supplies facility maintenance requests to management

What you will bring along:

• 1-3 years experience as a beertender

• 1-3 years experience in events (live music, private events, booth events)

• Energy and enthusiasm for customer service

• Passion for the craft beer industry

• Capable of working on a team

• Readiness to tackle new and exciting challenges.
